I'm working on it

Hi I'm Sarah. I'm not trying to lose "pounds" because they are an ineffective measure of progress. I want to tone up and get healthy. I hate vegetables and I'm trying to figure out how to put them in my diet since I know I need them. I try to work out 4-5 days a week with Nike Training Club, yoga, and hula hooping. My butt

Is killing me from all the lunges, squat jumps, and leg extensions in last nights NTC workout.

  1. beartzu said: Sounds like you need to go get someone to give you a butt massage. I always felt like that’s what I needed after a lunge and squat sesh when dry land training for skiing. I never did get one, haha.
