I'm working on it

Hi I'm Sarah. I'm not trying to lose "pounds" because they are an ineffective measure of progress. I want to tone up and get healthy. I hate vegetables and I'm trying to figure out how to put them in my diet since I know I need them. I try to work out 4-5 days a week with Nike Training Club, yoga, and hula hooping. Feeling awfully fat

I got myself so stressed this morning over my finances and job situation that I couldn’t even stay at the gym. I did 25 mins on the treadmill and abs and then left. I’m also feeling very fat because two nights ago I ate all of the chips and dip. Ugh back to reality at the gym tomorrow, go big or go home, and doing all of the job applications tonight.
