I'm working on it

Hi I'm Sarah. I'm not trying to lose "pounds" because they are an ineffective measure of progress. I want to tone up and get healthy. I hate vegetables and I'm trying to figure out how to put them in my diet since I know I need them. I try to work out 4-5 days a week with Nike Training Club, yoga, and hula hooping. So here's my health blog. Enjoy!

Off to the Gym

I have a minor cold, and have high hopes of sweating it out at the gym. I’m thinking I’ll take it easy(ish) with 30 mins on the treadmill and lifting today. Hope everyone has a fabulous day, as mine has gone pretty well thus far.
