I'm working on it

Hi I'm Sarah. I'm not trying to lose "pounds" because they are an ineffective measure of progress. I want to tone up and get healthy. I hate vegetables and I'm trying to figure out how to put them in my diet since I know I need them. I try to work out 4-5 days a week with Nike Training Club, yoga, and hula hooping. So here's my health blog. Enjoy!

Crap

I drank a LOT last night. Like more than I have in a long time. And had a dance party/competition in the middle of the street. And may have changed someone in my phone to “Bad Choices” because I’m making bad choices with this person ha. And today I didn’t make it to the gym in the morning because me and my best friend had a sleepover, followed by pottery practice, then I got called into work 4-9. THEN some crazy crackhead broke two bottles of wine at my register. So at 7:30 I was let out early because it went from crazy busy to totally dead. And I was so set on going to the gym then, until I found out they close at 7 on Saturdays FFFFUUU. 

But to summarize I had a great night last night, a decent day today, and did 30 minutes of NTC at my house.
