I'm working on it

Hi I'm Sarah. I'm not trying to lose "pounds" because they are an ineffective measure of progress. I want to tone up and get healthy. I hate vegetables and I'm trying to figure out how to put them in my diet since I know I need them. I try to work out 4-5 days a week with Nike Training Club, yoga, and hula hooping. So here's my health blog. Enjoy!

Gym

  • 30 min elliptical
  • 35 min treadmill 
  • 3 x 10 back extensions (25lbs)
  • 3 x 10 ab machine (50lbs)
  • 3 x 10 leg press (120/130/140lbs)
  • 3 x 10 quads (60lbs)
  • 2 x 10 hamstrings (75lbs)

Also watched the pilot of Burn Notice while doing cardio (SUCH a good show)
