I'm working on it

Hi I'm Sarah. I'm not trying to lose "pounds" because they are an ineffective measure of progress. I want to tone up and get healthy. I hate vegetables and I'm trying to figure out how to put them in my diet since I know I need them. I try to work out 4-5 days a week with Nike Training Club, yoga, and hula hooping. So here's my health blog. Enjoy!

No gym today

It snowed all over us today, so I took a different route and me and my best friend went sledding for an hour. Running back up the hill was a decent work out, although I think I bruised my tailbone on a rock and also broke my $5 walmart sled haha. Back to the gym tomorrow for 45 mins of cardio and some lifting.
