Working off Xmas and the massive night of drinking I had on Monday night with the following:
25 minutes on the elliptical
15 minutes on the treadmill
4 x 8 dumbbell rows with 10 lbs
4 x 8 seated shoulder presses with 10 lbs
3 x 10 squats with 20 lbs
3 x 10 flat bench presses with 10 lbs
3 x 10 reverse grip barbell curls with 7.5 lbs
3 x 8 hamstring machine with 50, 60, and 70 lbs

Big expensive dinners. I don’t want to go to movie premires and have you spend hundreds of dollars on jewelry and designer bags. Going out fishing or shooting would be more than enough for me. Sitting in the bed of your truck talking and camping would make my year just as long as we are doing things we both enjoy im happy.

Gonna get up early and go to the gym. I’m thinking for cardio day I’ll do 20 min each on the treadmill, bike, and stair climber (the one that’s like an escalator. I don’t know why but I CANNOT do the other one). Then I’ll do some legs and abs, since I took today off from abs and only did a few squats got legs.

15 min treadmill 10% incline, 3.7 speed
4 x 8 reps standing row (2 sets with 12.5lb dumbbells, 2 sets with 10lb dumbbells)
4 x 8 reps seated shoulder press (10lb dumbbells)
3 x 10 squats (with 10lb dumbbells in hands at sides)
3 x 10 flat bench press (2 sets with 12.5lb dumbbells, 1 set with 10lbs)
3 x 8 reps reverse grip curls (5lb dumbbells)

Body Fat
I am 23.3% body fat. Average. Low-Average actually (20-28% is average for my age group). So. Getting on changing that.
20 min walking at 3.7mph on an “11” incline
10 min biking
4 x 8 deadlifts w/25 lbs
4 x 10 chest press w/ 12.5 lbs
3 x 10 tricep dips
3 x 10 lower back things (no idea what they’re called)
3 x 10 sit ups w/10 lbs
Body Fat Analysis tomorrow!
I’m excited. But also nervous. Also I wish I had done one before I started working out so I’d know if I’ve made any progress. BUT I’m adding a lot of cardio to my workouts so hopefully I’ll make progress. Okay. Bedtime for this lady. Big day of job hunting (bane of my existence) and body fat analysis tomorrow.

First solo gym workout
As I mentioned yesterday, I joined Planet Fitness! And even though I was BEAT at 5pm tonight, I managed to peel myself out of bed, and go there for a workout:
30 min eliptical (various resistance and incline)
4 sets of chest press (10 lbs)
3 sets of incline bicep curls (10 lbs/7.5lbs)
3 sets of tricep dips
3 sets of standing rows (10 lbs)
3 sets of lunges (10 lbs)
3 sets of torso twists...

Joined Planet Fitness today! Totally ready for some serious cardio since (as much as I love it) NTC is kind of too much jumping for my knees. Also, made DELISH homemade parfaits:
