Drama drama
So much of it and I cannot take it. Trying to put it all aside and study for my series 6 exam tonight. Took the day off from the gym, but planning on going tomorrow evening if I’m awake enough for it. Also pulling an all nighter trying to study for the practice exam tomorrow. FFFFUUU
YES!
Convinced new “boyfriend” (or whatever we are presently) to join the gym with meeeeee! Signing him up tomorrow when he gets home from his little weekend bromace getaway. I literally cannot wait to kick his ass. I’m dying to hear him complain Monday.

Is killing me from all the lunges, squat jumps, and leg extensions in last nights NTC workout.
Finally
Even though I worked out Sunday, it still felt like a lifetime. I did a NTC workout tonight: 45 min of Get Lean Fast and Fierce. Had a bad day at work and my moms not being especially supportive of the new job so I’m spending the rest of my evening with my best friend, drinking and eating pizza. Probably will erase that workout but oh well.

I’ve been studying my ass off for my new job and have been working at the package store and hanging out with this boy and it’s really been cutting into my gym time ffffuuu

30 min treadmill intervals of 3.0 pace with no incline and 3.8 pace with 8.0 incline
3 x 8 leg press (150, 150, 170 lbs)
3 x 8 hamstrings (60, 65, 65 lbs)
3 x 8 quads (70, 65, 65 lbs)
2 x 10 back extensions (25 lbs)
2 x 10 side abs (2 sets per side) (25 lbs)
3 x 10 ab machine (70, 60, 60 lbs)
3 x 10 captains chair straight leg lifts

Feeling awfully fat
I got myself so stressed this morning over my finances and job situation that I couldn’t even stay at the gym. I did 25 mins on the treadmill and abs and then left. I’m also feeling very fat because two nights ago I ate all of the chips and dip. Ugh back to reality at the gym tomorrow, go big or go home, and doing all of the job applications tonight.

Off to the Gym
I have a minor cold, and have high hopes of sweating it out at the gym. I’m thinking I’ll take it easy(ish) with 30 mins on the treadmill and lifting today. Hope everyone has a fabulous day, as mine has gone pretty well thus far.

I drank a LOT last night. Like more than I have in a long time. And had a dance party/competition in the middle of the street. No gym today
It snowed all over us today, so I took a different route and me and my best friend went sledding for an hour. Running back up the hill was a decent work out, although I think I bruised my tailbone on a rock and also broke my $5 walmart sled haha. Back to the gym tomorrow for 45 mins of cardio and some lifting.
